• Job Description: Autoworx is looking for an experienced Supervisor: Branch based at our Cape Town Airport branch. This position is an ideal opportunity for someone eager to apply their leadership, and operations management experience to oversee workshop activities, ensure efficient day-to-day operations, maintain high standards of workmanship and service quality, support team development, and contribute to the continued success of Autoworx's workshop operations.
• Position Overview: To assist the Branch/Regional Manager with the daily management and coordination of workshop operations, ensuring quality and service standards, operational targets, productivity, and cost requirements are achieved

Minimum Experience:

• 3 years’ production management experience in a panel shop OR 10 years’ senior administration experience in a panel shop.
• Advantageous: Qualified Panel Beater or Spray Painter.

Minimum Qualification: 

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid, unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license
• Computer literacy – basic level sufficient
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, at the required workplace standard.

Job Outputs:

Assist the Branch/Regional Manager with:

• Monitoring and controlling the performance of the branch
• Management, development and discipline of staff
• Budget management.
• Client queries and correspondence.
• Reviewing operational process flows and enhancing them for maximum efficiency.
• Maintaining high workshop standards and quality.
• Ensuring all administrative processes are implemented effectively.

Working Conditions: 

• Office and workshop-based role with exposure to noise, dust, paint fumes and chemicals (PPE provided where required).
• May require overtime, weekend work or shift work depending on operational needs.
• Physically active role requiring regular standing, walking, bending and movement throughout the workshop and branch.
