Supervisor: Facilities Support - Menlyn

Description

Manage Stock Control
- Validate received stock according to the invoice.
- Ensure stock is correctly packaged in a storeroom.
- Regularly recon all stock availability and shortages
- Order and distribute stock as needed.
Manage branding material.
- Supply and allocate all branding items where needed.
- Regular recon all branding equipment.
- Oversee that all banners are well maintained and clean
Oversee Courier and Postal Services
- Validate and track courier items.
- Ensure courier items are delivered correctly and timeously to branches.
- Ensure all internal post are delivered correctly and timeously
Manage branch, office development and leases.
- Supervise projects and contractors.
- Implement and identify enhancement and renovations project.
- Supervise the office configuration changes and movement.
- Supervise work programs for the maintenance of buildings, plumbing, electrical systems, landscaping and parking areas.
Requirements

FORMAL EDUCATION
- Matric
- Relevant qualification related to Stock Control
EXPERIENCE
- 2 years - Stock Control
- 2 years - Courier services
