Supervisor (Production) at RCL Foods

Job Description

RCL FOODS is currently recruiting for well-experienced Production Supervisors to join their Speciality Business Unit in Spartan. The Production Supervisors will be responsible supervising and monitoring the day-to-day activities of a production line.

Minimum Requirements    

• Minimum appropriate qualification e.g. Grade 12/Equivalent NQF 4 Qualification/Applicable RPL (Recognized Prior Learning).
• Relevant experience preferably in a Food Processing/Production Plant and or FMCG Production environment will be required.
• Expected to have good Inter-personal communication and leadership skills.
• Be willing to work shifts and flexible hours of work.
• Expected to be literate and computer literate (basics).
• Sound decision making skills.
• Assertiveness and self-confidence.
• A result driven self-starter.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Supervising the production line team. 
• Responsible for the production process flow.
• Responsible for Safety, Health, Risk and Quality Compliance.
• Administration and Reporting
