    Supervisor-Retail

    Main Purpose of Job

    • To schedule audits and arrange auditor travel efficiently and effectively. To supervise, co-ordinate and approve all operational tasks in Retail department.

    Main Activities

    • Work toward achieving all pre-defined goals and key performance indicators.
    • Lead, motivate, develop, mentor and collaborate with team members.
    • Train team members to perform work efficiently and effectively, to achieve organizational goals and key performance indicators.
    • Maintain quality relationships with all related parties.
    • Proactive forward planning of audits to minimize costs and auditor fatigue, and ensure a seamless process for clients and auditors.
    • Manage travel bookings to ensure it is done timeously, efficiently and profitably.
    • Manage database and auditor diaries and ensure data integrity.
    • Handle requests, queries and complaints from all related parties, and train and empower team members to do the same.
    • Draft accurate reports according to Manager’s needs and submit these on a weekly and monthly basis.
    • Establish and update standard operating procedures and job descriptions for all departmental activities.
    • Lead continuous improvement in department through learning, training, system improvements, updating standard operating procedures etc.
    • Identify possible system improvements and communicating these to Manager and Systems Specialist.
       

    Required Qualifications

    • A minimum of three (2) years of relevant work experience including experience in providing excellent customer service.
    • Effective written and spoken communication.
    • Exceptional attention to detail. organization and multi-tasking skills.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
    • Ability to work independently, follow through on all assignments and meet deadlines.


    Preferred Qualifications

    • Degree/Diploma in business management/administration.
    • A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in project management, preferably in a technical field.
