    Supervisor: SHERQ Mining & Geology - Mining Industry

    Responsibilities:

    • Conflict resolution
    • Coordinate, implement, control and monitor change plans
    • Data integrity control
    • Identify improvement initiatives
    • Promote and assure adherence to SHERQ procedures
    • Team planning
    • Implementation of operational plans
    • Implementation of compliance requirements;
    • SHERQ planning, organising and administration;
    • SHERQ reporting and support;
    • Comply with IMS standards.Execute SHERQ programmes

    Requirements:

    • COMSOC 1 & 2 Certificate
    • Blasting Certificate Opencast Mines
    • Diploma in SHERQ
    • 2 years of SHERQ Support in Opencast mining
    • 8 Years of experience in an open cast mine
