Job Description

• Develop a strategic vision, key priorities and initiatives aligned with the Regional Supply Chain strategy.
• Responsible for end to end supply chain planning including demand planning, supply planning of imported finished
• goods, own manufactured goods (from purchasing of raw/pack material/components, to production planning,
• detailed scheduling), contract manufactured goods, to logistics including customer order processing, warehouse and distribution;
• Achieve all agreed targets {Safety TRIR, Near Misses, Manufacturing (Unit on Time, Master Production Schedule
• accuracy), Quality & Environmental measures, Manufacturing Costs per Ton, Supplier On Time in Full, hard inventory
• value & coverage, Material Planning, stock accuracy, Aged & Obsolete Inventory, %, sales forecast accuracy & bias,
• Customer Service OTIF, Warehouse & Distribution efficiency as % of NTS, total supply chain functional costs vs AOP,
• Supply Chain Savings}

The Successful Applicant

• 10-15 years' experience in supply chain roles within manufacturing environments
• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree - preferably in a Supply Chain, Financial, Engineering, or Analytical related discipline
• Comfortable with working in and understanding P&L and other supply chain financial metrics
