Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification).

Key Performance Areas

• Render asset management clerical support; Render demand and acquisition clerical support;
• Render logistical support services; Render record keeping support services.

Competencies

• Basic knowledge of the following:  Supply chain management duties, practices as well as the ability to capture data, operate computer and collect statistics; Understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service;
• Work procedures in terms of the working environment; Insight of the Public Service financial legislations,  processes and procedures, National Treasury Regulations, Provincial Treasury Instructions.
• Skills in the following:  Computer; Planning and Organising;  Language; Good Verbal and Written Communication;  Interpersonal Relations; Flexibility; Teamwork; Customer Care; Reporting; Problem-solving; Creative Thinking; Decision Making; Ability to work under pressure; Willingness to work irregular hours and meet tight deadlines.
