Supply Chain Manager at RPO Recruitment

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage production schedules to align with demand forecasts and optimize capacity.
• Lead procurement strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
• Oversee inventory control, minimizing waste while preventing stockouts or overstocking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, projects, export) to ensure seamless operations.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
• Analyze KPIs and generate reports to support data-driven decision-making for senior management.
• Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of managerial experience in manufacturing supply chain (scheduling, procurement, inventory).
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SYSPRO).
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of JIT, Kanban, and lean manufacturing principles is advantageous.
