Supply Chain Specialist (Fourways) at Leroy Merlin

Main responsibilities:

• Placing orders in the quantity at right quality at the right price at the right time (replenishment)
• Analysis of category performance
• Inventory control
• Build relationships with suppliers, distributors and store teams
• Identify supply and inventory problems / analyse root causes and provide solutions.
• Ensure availability of products
• Manage stock rotation
• Improve supply chain costs
• Manage on time – in full deliveries of suppliers
• Ensure supply chain data quality

Requirements

The successful candidate should have the following skills, experience and attributes:

• Relevant logistics qualification
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Merchandise Planning & Replenishment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
• Ability to lead and influence
• Self-confident, hardworking and lives by example
• Team player who is also comfortable with working as an individual
• Being analytical
