Support Services Specialist - Modderfontein at ABB

Your responsibilities

• Providing a service to the relevant business to meet current needs, efficiently and effectively, performing tasks to high quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring relevant processes, policies and procedures are correctly implemented and making suggestions for improvement.
• Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
• Coordinating trustee meetings and performing regular trustee administration activities related to student sourcing, shortlisting and funding agreements.
• Liaising with university community, coordinating with ABB learning and development for vacation work and graduate program and performing adhoc activities.

Your background

• National Diploma / Degree or an equivalent qualification.
• 5 + years’ experience in general accounting, administration, policy alignment or auditing.
• You should understand company policies and procedures along with being an Analytical thinker, with communication and interpersonal skills, combined with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational
• Preference will be given to EE candidates.
