    SVP Commercial: MESA

    Purpose:

    The Senior Vice President: Commercial MESA (Middle East and South Africa) will be a key part of the Sales Organisation’s leadership team. This position will be responsible to for build a world class client-facing organization focused on developing a business strategy aligned to financial gain and customer satisfaction on all our verticals.

     

    The role of our Champion:

    • Developing national or international sales plans, justifying those plans to the Chief Commercial Officer.
    • Supervising regional sales teams to ensure that they are successful.
    • Build a world class client-facing organization focused by developing a business strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction on vertical
    • Develop annual sales plan in support of organization strategy and objectives.
    • Builds, develops and manages regional sales team capable of carrying out needed sales initiatives.
    • Direct implementation and execution of sales plan through direct reports.
    • Direct business development activities with respect to key accounts.
    • Contract negotiation and conclusion of commercial deals.
    • Effective coordination with other functions in support of sales (marketing, technical support, financial reporting etc.)
    • Contribute as part of the executive sales team towards the meeting of joint business development objective
