    Swimming Coach

    Key performance areas

    Coaching        

    • Knowledge of different swimming methodologies, and techniques.
    • Program development and growth.
    • Coaching of Pre-primary, Primary and High School swimming squads.
    • Coaching of LTS program within the club structure.

    Continuous Learning             

    • Stay updated with the latest swimming trends and techniques.

    Qualifications, experience and skills

    • SSA LTS certificate.
    • 2 Years experience as LTS instructor.
    • Valid driver’s license.
    • Level 1 First Aid.
    • CPR certificate.
    • Clear criminal record.
    • Grade 12 (NQF 4).

    Advantageous

    • SSA Level 1 coaching certificate.

    Closing date: 10 April 2026.
