    Job Objectives and Functions

    Directing incoming calls

     

    • Answer incoming calls and transfer calls to the relevant person.
    • Take detailed messages if required for individuals who are not available to accept phone calls.

    Job Requirements

    Qualifications and Experience

    • NQF 4 Matric or Equivalent
    • 1-2 years Reception experience
