Job Description

System Analyst work within different Engineering teams, as well as part of the Design team. They work closely with Business SME, Product Owner’s in Client Discovery, Elaboration, Design as well as unpacking in the solution Discovery, Elaboration & Design. They play a support role in functional/domain unpacking of requirements (e.g.: Unitization, Pricing, Securities etc.), Analyzing and utilizing the usage analytics of the client systems and help in reverse engineering by assisting in information extraction, modelling & review.

Responsibilities:

• System Analyst work within different Engineering teams, as well as part of the Design team. They work closely with Business SME, Product Owners in Client Discovery, Elaboration, Design as well as unpacking in the solution Discovery, Elaboration & Design.

• Play support role in functional/domain unpacking of requirements (e.g.: Unitization, Pricing, Securities etc.), Analyzing and utilizing the usage analytics of the client systems.

• Participate in reverse engineering by assisting in information extraction, modelling & review.

• Implements computer system requirements by defining and analyzing system problems, designing and testing standards and solutions.

• Defines application problem by conferring with Product Owners & Engineers, evaluating procedures and processes.

• Develops solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.

• Controls solution by establishing specifications and coordinating as a team with engineers within the team

• Validates results by testing programs.

• Ensures operation by training client personnel and providing support.

• Provides reference by writing technical specification documentation as needed

• Maintaining and upgrading existing systems as required

• Collaborating with Product Owner’s, Business Analysts to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent

• Creating system guidelines and manuals for the organization

• Running training sessions and workshops on system processes

• Conducting regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas
