    System Implementation Change Management Practitioner

    JOB SUMMARY

    • Are you a driver of change? Are you passionate about helping people adapt to organisational and systems changes?
    • As part of our Project’s Change Enablement and Learning Team, you will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technologies, with an emphasis on onsite and SAP S/4 HANA implementation.
    • You’ll co-create and deliver strategies and plans to help employees maximise the adoption of the newly implemented SAP S/4 HANA by honing methods of effective and sustained behaviour change.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Role and Responsibilities:
    • Implement change initiatives related to SAP S/4 HANA business processes and technology.
    • Drive adoption and proficiency of changes within the Client’s Organisation in compliance with the specifically selected Change Management methodologies (PROSCI / ADKAR / AIM).
    • Co-create project strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment, communication support, change impact analysis, leadership alignment, change measurement, capability transfer and management of Client Change Support Team, and super-user training.
    • Support team execution in accordance with project plans, tools and methods.
    • Facilitate meetings with Client to ensure an understanding of the current company culture, and jointly support the development a change adoption plan.
    • Provide support and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through implementation.
    • Provide support and coaching to Change Agent Network as they support the S/4 HANA implementation.
    • Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure adoption of the S/4 HANA implementation.

    QUALIFICTIONS, JOB SKILLS, EXPERIENCE

    Qualification Requirements

    • Change Management Professional Certification (PROSCI, AIM etc)
    • BA Degree in Organisational Development, Organisational Behaviour, or Industrial/Organisational Psychology or relevant National Diploma (Human Resource Management, Human Capital Management)
    • Proficiency Levels

    Beginner

    • (0 – 2 yrs.)          
    • Intermediate
    • (2 – 5 yrs.)          

    Master

    • (5+)

    • Proficiency Leve Skill

    •  Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
    • Social media and interactive platforms (WhatsApp, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Jammer)
    • SAP (Fin, PM, EWM, SCM, IBP, Sales, CRM)

    Relevant Experience

    Required (Minimum):

    • Minimum 2 years’ change management experience, with comprehensive understanding of the basic change management deliverables, best practice principles.

    Advantage:

    • Change management experience on other SI implementation projects
    • Communications qualification/s and/or experience
    • Graphic design qualification/s and/or experience
    • Training material development experience
