Systems Analyst at Adcock Ingram

Key Responsibilities and Outputs:

• Analyse business information needs to define system requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity and security through regular audits, comprehensive analysis, and the implementation of security best practices.
• Evaluate current systems and processes for effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Review and improve existing systems and processes to enhance functionality.
• Develop detailed business and functional specifications.
• Oversee project management responsibilities.
• Document system and business processes thoroughly.
• Design and implement custom applications, integrations, and automations.
• Meet commitments outlined in Service Level Agreements.
• Provide exceptional user experience through training and effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external governance, risk and compliance audit requirements.

Required Learning:                

• 2+ years Business/System analysis experience.
• BCom, BSc, Beng, equivalent degree or relevant experience.
