The Role

On a daily basis Accenture Consulting Professionals orchestrate and bring together expertise across our organization to deliver value to our clients. We build and sustain long term relationships ensuring we drive business improvements

As the primary owners of client relationships, we take the best of Accenture’s five businesses (Strategy, Digital, Consulting, Operations and Technology) to our clients to provide unmatched industry knowledge, client experiences, strategic alliances, proprietary assets and subject matter experts to best serve clients and accelerate growth with end to end solutions.

You will be engaged in multiple projects in a diverse and challenging range of industries. You will need to have the ability to operate in rapidly evolving and changing environments and be comfortable with driving tangible results for our clients.

Your responsibilities would include:

• Decompose key business problems to identify value areas and structure and implement technology solutions for the client
• Change enablement
• Developing and implementing HR Operating models
• Organisation Design
• Process design and optimisation
• HR System implementation and optimisation
• Competency-modelling and role profiling
• Workforce planning
• HR analytics
• Digital HR

Your Experience - We’re looking for proven experience in the following areas:

• Business/Technology knowledge and experience
• Agile Project Management
• Minimum 5 years of external consulting experience
• Knowledge of HR Transformation and Employee Experience management

Academic Qualifications

• An undergraduate university degree is a minimum entry requiremen
• Postgraduate qualification preferred
