Talent Acquisition And Development Lead - Westville at The Unlimited

We're on the hunt for a Recruitment Lead to drive the thinking and implementation of the recruitment strategy for our national sales business and headhunt sales leadership. You will be sourcing, recruiting and developing Recruiters for the national sales force.  

What you will do: 

• Recommend tools and technology that track recruitment and improve retention 
• Develop a measuring system for key recruitment statistics 
• Create and drive the recruitment strategy  
• Continuously look at new and innovative ways to improve the recruitment processes 
• Ability to lead a team 
• Ensure the talent pipeline is being adequately equipped for the development of future leaders 
• Establish and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with our strategic operational partners 
• Co-create growth goals and metrics alongside our Channel Heads and then help translate them into metrics for each division and the relevant levels of ownership
