As a flexible Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for building solid relationships both internally and externally. You will be expected to work to and maintain a sound level of specialist/technical expertise in best practice recruitment services, process improvement and governance, compliance and legislative adherence.
During your first few weeks as Talent Acquistion Partner, you can expect to take on some of the following responsibilities:
To succeed in this Talent Acquisition Partner role, you will need extensive experience of working with an in-house recruitment function responsible for Senior Management and support hiring, ideally with a BPO background. We are looking for someone with at least 6 years of Talent Acquisition experience and excellent working knowledge of relevant legislation. Additional requirements include:
