Your role

• As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a driving force behind VKB Group’s future. You will connect people to purpose and ensure they find not just any seat, but the right seat on our bus.
• Recruit across the Free State, Mpumalanga, and KwaZulu-Natal
• Use Simplify, LinkedIn, Wamly, and other platforms to find the right people efficiently and intentionally
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand their needs and help them attract top talent
• Inspire candidates to say “yes” and hiring managers to ask, “How did you do that?”

What’s in your experience toolkit?

• Two to four years of experience in recruitment (Agri, FMCG, or Manufacturing is a plus)
• Relevant qualification in HR or Industrial Psychology
• Experience with Simplify or similar applicant tracking systems
• Proven ability to headhunt scarce skills
• Passion for filling roles fast and filling them right
