• AltGen is growing, and we’re looking for a high-performing Recruitment Consultant to join our team of recruitment specialists. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is commercially sharp. Our ideal candidate is someone familiar working in a sales environment.
• This is based full-time in our Stellenbosch office.

Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Market Intelligence

• Proactively source high-calibre candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, PNet, referrals, and targeted headhunting
• Conduct market mapping within renewable energy and sustainability verticals
• Build and maintain a high-quality, niche talent pipeline aligned to client mandates

Candidate Management

• Conduct structured screening interviews assessing technical capability, commercial acumen, and cultural fit
• Present professionally formatted, high-quality candidate profiles to clients
• Manage candidate engagement from initial outreach through to successful placement

Client Delivery & Relationship Management

• Gain a deep understanding of client mandates, technical requirements, and business objectives
• Deliver accurate, timely shortlists aligned to agreed service levels
• Provide market insights and maintain long-term, value-driven client relationships

Process, Reporting & Performance

• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Maintain accurate ATS records and structured reporting pipelines
• Oversee placement administration and consistently meet or exceed revenue and KPI targets
