Talent Scout at Valenture Institute

The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic, proactive and energetic Talent Scout, to provide support to all Hiring managers. This role will involve updating and keeping accurate recruitment data and records across all departments hiring needs. The successful candidate will need to take ownership of supporting our speed to hire and satisfying our forecasted recruitment needs. This is a 6 month contract commencing as soon as possible which offers flexibility and a full remote working arrangement.

Responsibilities:

• Competency-based interviewing skills
• Ability to interview executive-level candidates confidently
• Support all hiring managers as and when needed with hiring suitable candidates
• Source candidates
• Screen candidates
• Do all the relevant background checking and referencing
• Support the full recruitment cycle experience
• Ability write job briefs
• Advertise on the relevant job portals and website
• Assist in keeping the careers page up to date
• Update and keep talent acquisition system and administration up to date
• Support the Head of Talent as required within the recruitment and Talent function

Requirements

• +/-2 years of recruitment experience
• Solid interviewing skills
• Competency-based interviewing techniques
• Strong admin skill
• Strong command of the English language - both verbal and written
• Remote working
