Team Lead: Finance and Operations Support - B&T - Shared Services

- Experience 3 - 5 years
- Location Eastern Cape
- Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit
Description
1. Provide general operational support to the division’s branches
2. Complete Finance related tasks and administration
3. Required to do Adhoc Finance and operational reporting
4. Manage the division’s fleet of vehicles
5. Team management: To lead, develop, motivate, and manage the performance of the team and ensure an optimally skilled, motivated, and high-performance team
6. To uphold and promote the company values
Requirements
1. Grade 12
2. National Diploma: Accounting qualification or similar
3. 3- 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail environment
4. Intermediate computer skills
