Technical Business Analyst at HR Advance

This organisation have a number of internal projects underway which need assistance. The projects are all centred around using IT to make processes better, more efficient and easier for the end users.

• This includes new software developments and integrations as well as process change.
• Your role will see defining, managing and delivering requirements by speaking with stakeholders throughout the business providing a link between the user and IT Provider. You will be involved in the full life cycle including concept, configuration, migration and testing.
• You will play a key role in facilitating the design and delivery of new and improved processes across the business whilst ensuring all process and system designs adhere to industry regulations.
• It will be key to understand the processes the business is currently following and have a full understanding of where the process needs to go to ensure success.

Key Competencies

• To make your application stand out you will need to show you experience of working on full life-cycle projects working to multiple methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
