Our client is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager to join their Pretoria team.
You will oversee client success from implementation through expansion, helping customers maximize value from the AI platform while working independently and delivering results.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end technical client success and onboarding
Manage implementations and ensure seamless AI platform integration
Serve as technical liaison between clients and our engineering team
Identify expansion opportunities and drive adoption of new features
Conduct technical training, demos, and troubleshooting
Build and refine technical processes that scale efficiently
Requirements
Strong technical foundation with hands-on AI/ML or conversational AI experience
High level of initiative and strong problem-solving ability
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
3+ years’ experience in a technical customer success role
Direct experience with AI or SaaS platforms
Experience with voice systems, chatbots, or conversational AI
