    Technical Marketing Analyst

    Role Purpose    

    • To provide technical marketing support to the business and sales channels supporting Momentum Health Solution business unit. This includes Momentum Medical Scheme, the low-cost benefit option Health4Me, Multiply and the closed scheme administration function. 

    Requirements    
    Experience

    • 2- 5 years of relevant experience in the Healthcare industry
    • 2-3 Technical Marketing in the Healthcare Industry
    • 2-3 years of Sales and Marketing experience
    • Exposure to product development, Healthcare pricing experience and/or benefit design

    Qualifications 

    • Degree in Actuarial Science (Preferred) or Degree in Marketing
    • Good progress in actuarial exams (Completed A level exams and A311 / attempting A311 or higher (preferred)
    • Certified financial Planner (Preferred)  

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Develop technical marketing documents in response to, and in anticipation of, competitor positioning and industry issues.
    • Provide competitor analyses and comparisons of products in the market and demonstrate understanding of buying and retention patterns/behaviour of the client base to effectively design and enhance the product with the aim to market to the right consumers effectively.
    • Provide market positioning of existing products and services to underscore the superior product features and our wellness philosophy.
    • Delivering efficient and consistent service and support to all internal and external clients, hence ensuring quality interaction and relationships with all stakeholders.
    • Sign off on all Health and Multiply technical information communicated in various forms.
    • Provide technical support to the sales channels.
    • Develop tools and calculators for use by intermediaries and clients according to business needs.
    • Market to intermediaries through the positioning of benefits via various marketing mediums and channels.
    • Supports sales presentations by assembling quotations, proposals, videos, slide shows, demonstration and product capability booklets, and compiling account and competitor analyses.
    • Training on products and presenting from time to time to intermediaries and clients in regional areas.
    • Drive own performance and development keeping up to speed with the latest knowledge and trends.
    • Assisting with the production of marketing materials and literature.
    • Coordinating the production of a wide range of marketing communications.
    • Providing support for marketing events and exhibitions as required.
    • Assist with the collation of the information required for promotional literature.
    • Assist with drafting articles and promotional material for the company.
    • Position insights through presentations and media that translate to solutions and effective strategies.
    • Produce market insights for both new benefits as well as enhancements to existing benefits.
    • Reviewing written copy for websites, online libraries, and social media sites.
    • Lead research projects and identify new product enhancements in our existing market.
    • Keep abreast of any legal or regulatory developments that may affect our business.
    • Coordinating the production of a wide range of marketing communications.
