    Team Leader: Contact Center - Gauteng

    QUALIFICATION & KEY REQUIREMENTS

    • Matric/NQF Level 4
    • Relevant Degree OR Diploma is essential

    EXPERIENCE

    • A minimum of 3 years contact centre experience with advanced query resolution experience within a client services and sales environment
    • A thorough knowledge of SAP navigation
    • A thorough understanding of the FMCG Supply Chain process
    • MS Office Intermediate proficiency

    • Excellent organisation and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
    • Strong analytical capability, attention to detail and numeracy
    • Commercial acumen

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead and motivate a Contact Centre team to optimum performance levels to achieve agreed targets contributing to the company’s objectives.
    • Provide clear and concise direction, support, and guidance to the team through effective coaching, leadership while setting of SMART objectives.
    • Manage performance through regular, effective reviews, addressing.
    • Performance issues according to the company’s policies and procedures.
    • Conduct development reviews and recommend training and development plans.
    • Deliver all departmental KPI’s, achieving set targets and objectives within the inbound and manual orders teams.
    • Challenge processes and procedures, identify and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience or improve operational efficiency.

    • Edward Snell & Co. are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in the Gauteng Province. 

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Will be operating in the Gauteng Formal On-Trade region.
    • Call on On-Consumption customers as per agreed calling schedules. 
    • Achieve brand availability targets as per the Company standards
    • Design, implement and manage promotions, tastings, and events.
    • A commitment to customer service and seeking opportunities.

    Key Account Manager: Wholesale Channel - National

    ROLE OVERVIEW

    The purpose of the role is to manage and maintain effective commercial partnerships with Key Wholesaler Groups on behalf of Edward Snell & Co. This includes (but not limited to) effective category and pricing management within the channel in order to achieve regional and national and share targets.

    KEY RESULT AREAS

    • Maintain regular contact with key accounts by calling and negotiating prices, promotions and services
    • Manage and achieve quarterly and annual key account targets
    • Achieve regional and national market share targets
    • Identify volume opportunities within allocated key accounts
    • Category management and pricing management as per standards set
    • Management of annual trade agreements and disbursements
    • Strict commercial budget management
    • Setting of price parameters, shelving and display standards and advertising parameters
    • Management of account specific price lists and listing of new products
    • Effective communication of all agreements within the team
    • Manage rebate and cycle deal expense accounts
    • Manage credit terms within company policy
    • Design and implement innovative key account promotions according to brand prioritization
    • Maintain excellent communication links with stakeholders
    • Review and reporting to management as defined

    QUALIFICATIONS AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
    • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a key account management role or similar.
    • A proven, successful track record in key account management and a solid network within the FMCG sales environment
    • Key Account Management experience within the liquor trade
