Technical Project Manager: Multi-Technology at Network Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of solar EPC projects, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary project teams, including engineers, designers, procurement staff, and construction crews.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
• Manage contracts and relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to all safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues impacting project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing progress reports and addressing any concerns or adjustments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field (Master's Degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in solar project management, specifically in EPC environments.
• Proven experience managing large-scale solar projects from design to commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, design, and construction.
• Excellent understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of local and international regulations, standards, and permitting processes related to solar energy.
• PMP or other project management certifications are a plus
