Technical Sales Manager at Farm Managers SA

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field, or equivalent experience in the food testing industry.
• Sound knowledge of food safety programs and systems, including HACCP, environmental monitoring, finished product sampling, food microbiology, food chemistry, and research methodologies.
• Working knowledge of current food microbiology and chemistry testing methods and industry standards.
• Proven experience in technical sales and client relationship management, with the ability to identify business development opportunities.
• Strong understanding of laboratory operations and quality assurance principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications for reporting, data analysis, and client communication.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and laboratory management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Must be fast paced, results and sales driven
