    Technical Support Agent (Contract)

    • To provide a support service to the Capitec Bank branch environment by ensuring technical queries are responded to and resolved within the contracted service level agreement

    Experience

    • Telephonic technical support experience would be ideal.

    Qualifications (Minimum)

    • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

    Qualifications (Ideal Or Preferred)

    • Higher Certificate in Information Technology - Computer Science

    Knowledge

    • Knowledge related to Microsoft hardware and software technology
    • Basic knowledge of diagnostic principles and troubleshooting
    • IT operational environment
    • Banking environment

    Skills

    • Communications Skills
    • Negotiation skills
    • Attention to Detail
    • Planning, organising and coordination skills

    Additional Information
