    Technical Support Representative

    QContact is an international software company - with users across the world. Due to a big expansion in our customer base in South Africa market over the past few months, we are looking for a talented member of staff to join our team.
    The successful candidate must be based in Durban and have the right to work in South Africa without sponsorship or permits. We are looking for someone to start immediately, therefore we will only be accepting candidates who are open to work.
    You will be supporting local businesses using our software. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in IT and software and must be patient with customers who aren't as technically savvy as they are.
    Required Skills:

    •  Must be fluent in English - any other language skills are a bonus
    •  Must have a good telephone manner - you will be required to provide support over the phone and video conferencing tools
    •  Be willing to travel to customer sites within the Durban area when required (company will reimburse any travel costs)
    •  Be willing to learn new technologies and self educate
    •  Have a quiet area to work from home
    •  Good, stable Internet Connection
    •  Existing experience in administration of CRM systems

    Additional Beneficial Skills

    •  Basic understanding of HTML / Databases / Excel
    •  Previous experience administrating Zendesk, Freshdesk or similar software
    •  Previous knowledge of administration Dialler software
    •  Business Process flow management
    •  Account Management
