You will be required to lead the Customer Services activities throughout the SADC region. Key result areas will include managing the Customer Support team and System Engineers. You will be required to ensure technical consistency between the Partners’ Services needs and provide on-time and accurate reports.
Most importantly maintain contact with key accounts to determine customer satisfaction and to identify potential future opportunities. Manage the activities of troubleshooting and repairs of IT devices and the activities of onsite technical customer support for IT device projects.
