    Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

    DotModus is a growing team of over 100 engineers specialised in data analytics, cloud infrastructure, security, automation and app development, and this time - we’re expanding our Talent Acquisition team and looking for that individual who knows how to network can help us find more of these excellent engineers to join our team!

    We need someone with experience in Tech Recruitment / Sourcing and someone who can actively network, identify and reach out to candidates with the right skills. Someone who knows the ins and outs about tech recruitment , different platforms and how ( and where ) to engage with tech individuals. 

    If you’re the right candidate , the below ‘responsibilities’ are nothing new to you, but we have to just mention it : 

    • Co-ordinate recruitment activities on behalf of the team, including posting of job openings, preparing advertisements and announcements
    • Process applications, disseminate recruitment material, and schedule interviews
    • Compiling shortlist using using various Talent Sourcing Platforms, Linked-in primarily
    • Ensure all Talent Acquisition matters are dealt with efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures
    • Be aware of own responsibilities and can adapt as and when required
    • Have extremely high regard and responsibility for the confidential nature of the role and have a firm, diplomatic and fair approach with all staff
    •  Keep all stakeholders updated on the recruitment process
    • Assist team with the submission of risk checks and obtaining reference checks for prospective employees
    • Analyze the skills and qualities required for each job and develop job specifications/job adverts
    • Facilitate technical assessments
    • Manage relationship with service providers

    Experience and Skill required 

    • Experience in recruiting for competencies including : DevOps / SecOps / Data Engineering / Full Stack Engineering
    • Experience using platforms and tools to recruit and manage candidates.
    • Pro-active recruitment and headhunting experience. 
    • 6-8 years of experience Tech Recruitment and Talent Attraction ( Non - Negotiable )
