Serve as the subject matter expert to write and validate the first draft of content with product and software engineering peers.
Serve as team’s project manager and POC for assigned products to manage all project deliverables.
Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
Understand and comply with Risk Management program requirements including identification of risks, key controls, and control testing as applicable to responsibilities.
Perform other duties as assigned.#
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Communication, Journalism, Linguistics, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
Understanding of full stack layers including coding ability on 1 language
Understanding of cloud computing types (public, private, hybrid, and multi) and services (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS) and potential effect on documentation requirements.
Understanding of cloud computing dependent technologies including operating systems, databases, and APIs.
3+ years’ experience
Working in a content management system
Writing simple, clear content for end-users
