Technician at City of Cape Town

Requirements

• A relevant National Diploma in Horticulture
• 3 to 5 year’s relevant experience relating to Horticulture environment Computer Literacy (MS Office & SAP)
• A valid Code B/EB Driver’s Licence

Key Performance Areas

• Provide operational and project support to the Area Manager in order to complete the optimal utilization of available resources in the Area.
• Manage capital, operational, Ward Allocations, URP and other contracts and projects
• Performs specific administrative tasks and activities associated with project implementation.
• Co-ordinates the maintenance, utilisation and control of all fixed and moveable assets
• Identifies, recommends and supports business re-engineering processes in the Area.
• Investigates, responds, reports and tracks complex complaints, requests and queries.
