A Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in disciplines of Information & Communications Technology, Advanced Diploma in Information and Communications Technology, Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or a Bachelor of Computer Science.
At least 2 years’ experience working in a computer laboratory environment
Summary of Duties:
Optimise service delivery: ensuring that the Graphic Design programme environment and computing infrastructure operates in the most effective and efficient manner possible
Enable staff productivity through IT
Enable student productivity through IT
integration of DUT VCD GD Internal IT Systems
Provide customer advice and support
Perform aspects of Supply Chain Management for the programme
Undertake duties as assigned by the HOD/Programme Coordinator and academic staff in charge of laboratories.
