Liaise with product specialists and/or application specialists as needed to ensure on-board and office space systems are configured properly, and customers updates.
Level 2 and level 3 management and supervision.

Liaise with product specialists and CAT on technology issues and customer escalations.

Manage resource training and development.
Regional Support of all aspects of the Cat Minestar System Management
Manage and support resources allocated in the region and ensure customer acceptance.
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
B . Engineering (Mechanical Engineer) or Grade 12 with formal artisan qualification.
Sound machine and component operational knowledge.
5 years of previous of Condition Monitor / Tech Rep with track record of leading a team successfully
Problem solving. Analytical thinking and judgement. Numerical reasoning. Building Relationships and networking/Liaison. Customer Responsiveness
Track record in leading / managing people in a team-based & participative environment
Track record of successful machine systems troubleshooting including oil sample results interpretation and machine health systems (VIMS, Site Severity, ET, FPO),
Basic business and financial acumen
Sound Equipment Management Skills
Good working knowledge of the Minerals Act (with sound knowledge of safety rules and regulations)
Sound business communication, report writing skills and presentation skills,
Sound MS Office knowledge with emphasis on advanced Excel
