Telesales Agent / Student Advisor

Basic per month plus commission
 
Educational Requirements of the Telesales Agent /Student Advisor:

• Grade 12
• 1-2 years sales experience
• Excellent computer literacy is essential.
• MS Office Suite
• Previous experience with tele-sales in an outbound call centre environment
• Sales of learning programs
• Provide prospective students with course information and assist them through the registration process providing appropriate guidance with course requirements and costs.
• Effectively sell online products and services to prospective students by meeting their needs which will result in closed sales to meet profit goals.
• Implement effective country specific marketing and advertising plan and activities to meet profit goals.

 
Duties and Responsibilities of the Telesales Agent /Student Advisor:

• Sales target Achievement
• Lead generation
• Meeting and exceeding targets
• Closed sales goals.
• Student support and reporting
• Facilitating the application process
• Aid students to complete the enrolment forms.

General Administration
Maintain a database of student information, telephone logs and student feedback in order to generate student reports for management whenever required.

• Qualifications
