Temp Maintenance Clerk - Wadeville at Distell

Key Performance Areas:

• Deliver improved machine performance through maintenance best practises and ensuring strict adherence to the following objectives: housekeeping, safety, quality and budget control.

• Capture and correlate time sheets from Packaging Engineering team

• Assist with ICC – Packaging Engineering items (information submission etc.)

• Capture PPE and Staff Orders requests from Packaging Engineering team

• Support and provide input to packaging maintenance cycle

• Print and deliver RCM schedules (daily, weekly, monthly)

• Capture Work Arising orders from Breakdown Job cards & RCMs

• Support quality problem solving (eg. A1, 5 Why, A3 process)

• Track weekly RCM/PM Return Rates & Artisan Utilization

• Capture Breakdown Job Cards in Hard  Copy Filing systems

• Responsible for all line technical documentation

• Strictly drive and adhere to Distell’s engineering best practises, procedures and policies

• Ensuring toolbox inspections are done monthly and non-adherence addressed.

• Capture maintenance schedules in SAP

• A minimum of 1 year SAP experience

• Computer literacy (proficiency in Excel and word)

Development of OPL’s and quick fix routines 

The Successful Candidate Must Have:

• Matric

• Relevant Technical qualification. 

• A minimum of 5 years engineering/ maintenance experience in manufacturing, FMCG environment i

• Budget setting and forecasting process
