• Optimi is looking for enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication skills to join the team as School Support Assistants. The School Support assistant will play a key role in assisting with day-to-day tasks, helping to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12 with CAT as a subject.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in English and other official South African languages.
• Must have own laptop with Windows 10 & Microsoft Office in excellent working condition.
• Own transport
• Excellent Social skills.
• Problem solver

DUTIES

• Adhere to the school day work schedule.
• Downloading applications onto devices
• App & Devices troubleshooting
• Assisting users in purchasing books online
• Respond to client queries efficiently and effectively.
• Escalate relevant queries timeously.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
