Toolroom Manager at Syndicate Personnel Specialists

Key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and enforcing correct procedures for services moulds and striving for world class standards
• Managing Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), while ensuring that quality work is executed in a safe manner
• Testing moulds on completion of every repair and ensuring JDE job cards are closed correctly
• Life cycle management of existing equipment and replacement plans with recommended timelines
• Drive 5S culture in the toolroom and continuous improvement projects
• Precision machining and manufacturing of mould parts to accurate tolerances

You must be a trade tested toolmaker with a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years supervisory experience in a toolroom environment within the manufacturing industry working with Blow and Injection moulds.
