This role will be part of the Total Rewards team within Coca-Cola EMEA People Services hub and will be predominantly responsible for leading Benefits-related projects focused on implementing leading Total Rewards solutions for Coca-Cola employees among EMEA countries.
The TRC will be continuously reviewing Benefits, Leaves and Allowances offerings, comparing them to external market benchmarks and drafting recommendations for improvements and enhancements, identifying opportunities and risks and refining priorities in line with business needs.
As a central role within the HR community, the TRC will be executing the global Benefits (and Total Rewards) strategy locally by collaborating with Business Leaders in the regions in the process of deployment of modern and harmonized TR solutions.
The role will closely cooperate with numerous stakeholders among the broad HR community of Coca-Cola such as Benefits Center of Excellence, Total Rewards Management, HR Business Partners in the regions as well as Legal and Employee Relations, Finance and Taxation departments and external vendors.
A significant part of this role will be leading modernization and automation initiatives in the Total Rewards space by recommending HR system improvements and managing projects involving external stakeholders as well as IT and HR partners.
Ensures Benefits offerings governance and compliance in line with legal requirements and internal company guidelines.
