• The Tracing and Collections Agent is responsible for improving debtor contact and collections/recoveries by tracing current uncontactable customers whose accounts are in arrears.

Responsibilities

• Tracing, locating and contacting absconded and delinquent customers to collect on overdue installments. Assertively handle calls to difficult debtors to ensure a promise to pay (PTP) date is set. Ensure quality of work is in line with service level agreements (SLA's).

Qualifications

• Grade: 12.
• A minimum of 1 Year Experience in Collections within a call centre environment 
• Knowledge and understanding in: collections, debt recoveries, recoveries tracing & tracing Tools (TU direct, XDS etc; Credit Life-cycle.
