    Trade Marketing Manager Personal Care

Through data-driven insights and close collaboration with commercial teams, the role defines KPIs, identifies opportunities, and delivers initiatives that strengthen market position and long-term customer value.     Your responsibilities

    • Own end-to-end delivery of brand and category 4P execution, including P&L management and performance tracking
    • Support Trade Marketing leadership in shaping and delivering category and channel strategies
    • Lead monthly forecasting across brands, SKUs, and customers, using data-driven insights to inform decisions
    • Develop, execute, and evaluate promotional strategies with a strong focus on ROI, post-analysis, and optimisation
    • Drive distribution excellence by tracking performance, identifying gaps, and partnering with Sales to close them
    • Lead in-store execution, POS management, and innovation launches, while collaborating closely with Key Account teams to deliver category growth strategies to customers

    The experience we're looking for

    • Bachelor’s degree Marketing , Strategic Marketing /Economics (or equivalent) required, with solid academic foundation.
    • 3–5 years’ FMCG experience in Sales/Key Account roles, plus ~3 years in Trade Marketing at manager level.
    • Strong experience within the FMCG industry considered highly advantageous.
    • Advanced computer skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, with proficiency in data tools (e.g., Nielsen, IQVIA, customer portals).
    • Good understanding of different customer channels (Modern Trade, Drug, Traditional Trade).
    • Strong financial acumen, including P&L ownership and ROI analysis for portfolio management.
