Do standby duties and work overtime on weekends & public holidays when required.
Responsibilities
Physically carrying out unskilled and semi-skilled tasks such as Civil & Electrical maintenance, (minor electrical work), tiling, painting, plumbing, building, and welding in accordance with predetermined quality and productivity, and set standards.
Trade related work such as repairs or routine maintenance to buildings, structures, services (water, electrical, sewerage and septic tank systems, and waste management), equipment, water pumps, etc.
Daily vehicle, equipment, and electricity supply inspections, maintenance thereof and update of applicable log and time sheets.
Assistance with fuel and oil provision to all departments
Daily stock control and reporting and documentation of any anomalies to supervisor.
General cleaning and upkeep of technical stores and equipment.
Driving duties including transport of equipment, materials, and staff.
Perform daily services throughout the park providing a clean, safe,e and pleasant environment for staff and visitors.
