Traffic Manager at Fresh Advertising and Marketing

Key functions of this position include:

• Managing the agency workflow between Client Services, Creative and Financial departments.
• Administration of all jobs from opening of job through to briefings, time and resource management, delivery to deadlines and closing off jobs.

Some of the key performance areas include:

• Liaising between account managers, production and creative department
• Opening of jobs in our work flow system, Harvest
• Scoping of jobs with Creative Directors
• Allocation of jobs according to resource requirement
• Time planning and management of all jobs and resources
• Setting up of internal review meetings
• Debriefing changes back to studio from client and Client Services
• Managing tight deadlines
• Run and manage morning internal status meetings
• Weekly status reporting and meetings
• Assisting reception with incoming telephone calls sporadically
• Managing the electronic time-keeping and cost estimate system, Harvest

Minimum requirements: 

• Liaising between account managers, production and creative department
• Keeping relevant parties informed on job progress via Slack
• Opening of jobs in our work flow system (Monday.com)
• Scoping of jobs with Creative Directors
• Allocation of jobs according to resource requirement
• Time planning and management of all jobs and resources
• Setting up of internal review meetings
• Debriefing changes back to studio from client and Client Services
• Managing tight deadlines
• Run and manage morning internal status meetings
• Weekly status reporting and meetings
• Assisting reception with incoming telephone calls sporadically
• Managing the electronic time-keeping and cost estimate system (Harvest)

Work hours:

• Weekdays 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
• Extended working hours will be required from time to time. Please note that our offices are based in Table View/Sunningdale.
