    Traffic Manager - Sandton

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure that campaign briefs have been uploaded to the traffic management system prior to the designer getting to the job.
    • Ensure the relevant detail is housed within the campaign brief for the project to commence on time.
    • Ensure the correct time allocations per job are distributed fairly across the design team.
    • Create detailed schedules and set deadlines for various stages of a project within the project management tool.
    • Distribute assignments to creative teams and other departments, depending on their availability and priorities.
    • Manage weekly production meetings with all team members across the business.
    • Meet with internal teams and coordinate new project details and give progress updates on existing projects, communicating any issues.
    • Monitor projects and workloads, adjusting assignments and deadlines accordingly.
    • Manage alongside the design team the management and maintenance of job files and campaign collateral.
    • Work with external production, creative and digital agencies to ensure they have the resources needed on a project-to-project basis, manage timelines as well as material rollout.
    • Set up and manage meetings between the Creative team and other departments.

    Reporting:

    • Provide weekly internal reporting against SLA’s and team performance.
    • Be responsible for reports to external stakeholders to prove ROI against executed campaigns & collateral.

    Qualification:

    • 3-5 years of integrated traffic experience in an advertising agency.
    • Experience with running multiple projects and campaigns at any given time.
    • Strong decision-making and prioritisation skills.
    • Strong communications skills.
    • An understanding of a variety of Digital campaign elements and platforms (social assets, display assets, eNewsletters, TV and print).
    • Managing groups of people namely designers, marketing managers, and campaign managers.
    • Retail brand experience is advantageous.
    • Experience with production/traffic management tools
