Trainer Mining - Mamatwan Mine at South32

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role is a permanent full-time position.

• As a trainer mining, you will be responsible to provide theoretical and practical training and assessments, as well as follow up training and coaching in the Mining field to meet organizational objectives.

Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

• Plan and facilitate classroom training;;
• Conduct relevant assessments and declare competency;
• Conduct moderation of assessments;
• Review and develop/update relevant learning materials;
• Conduct planned task observations and training verifications.

ABOUT YOU:

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in training environment;
• Mining or  Energy  experience is preferred;
• Strong experience in developing commercial strategies and leading high-value strategic negotiations, strong understanding of commercial principles.

Qualifications for this role are:

• Grade 12;
• ODETP level 4;
• Blasting certificate;
• Registered Assessor;
• Driver's License
