    Training and Development Specialist

    THE ROLE

    • As a Talent Development Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for the administration, co-ordination and capturing of training that will take place within the organisation. You will be supporting the Talent development team with your strong attention to detail and ability to proactively engage with Learners, SETA’s and training providers.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Matric (National Diploma preferable)
    • 3+ years Skills Development experience
    • 3+ years SETA experience
    • Understanding SAQA framework
    • Understanding of BBBEE
    • 3+ years’ experience with Learnerships, Internships and Bursaries

    SKILLS

    • Written language
    • Microsoft Office - Advanced Excel skills, Powerpoint
    • Experience working on a Payroll system (Sage preferable)
    • LMS experience
    • Planning, organising and co-ordinating skills
    • Problem solving skills

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Administration of:
      • Learnership – NQF 2, 3, 4, 5
      • WSP/ATR submissions
      • Mandatory and discretionary administration
    • Maintain Training Calendar
    • Co-ordinating learners schedules (including: invitations, venue, catering and travel)
    • Bursary tracking and reporting
    • Capturing and uploading training onto the Sage 300 People system
    • Administration of our LMS
    • Content creation
