Job Description
- A Mining house based in the Mpumalanga region is looking for an experienced Training Manager
Duties
- Oversee the effective functioning of the Education, Training and Development department, controlling business, staff, learning resources and ensuring training is provided
Qualifications/Requirements
- NDip: HRD Management or any other relevant qualification
- Mechanised & Conventional mining and or relevant Technical Trade qualification
- Relevant Training qualifications (facilitation, assessor, moderator, ETDP certificates and or diploma
- Minimum 7 years of training experience in a mining environment, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
